Nithus Boutique – Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Nithus Boutique, we want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. All items are checked for quality and packed with care before leaving our store. Still, if something goes wrong and you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will assist you with a return or exchange based on the guidelines below.
Returns will NOT be entertained for the following reasons:
-Difference in colour due to photography
-Differences in material texture and feel
-Wrong selection of size
-Damaged after delivery.
Who Is Eligible for a Return or Exchange?
Only Damaged Products are eligible for Return.
Your item may qualify for return or exchange if:
- It is unused and unwashed, and remains in its original state
- All tags, stickers, and accessories are still attached
- The problem shown in the unboxing video matches the issue reported
- The product is free from perfume, stains, alterations, or any damage caused after delivery
- If the product has been handled or worn after receiving it, it cannot be accepted for return.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To review any return, exchange, or refund request, we require a clear, single-shot video of the parcel being opened.
The video must:
- Show the package from the moment you receive it
- Capture the full unboxing process without cuts or edits
- Clearly present the issue at the end
- Without this video, we will not be able to process the request, as it serves as evidence of the product’s condition upon arrival.
Time Limit for Requests
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Requests sent after this window cannot be considered.
